About Us

We are a group of international students from the Information school at the University of Washington, passionate about making a difference in the experience of the international community at the UW. We understand that moving to a totally different country, education system and culture can be very confusing and daunting. There is a lot of information that international students need to be able to adjust to this new place. Researching and collecting information is a cumbersome process and students might miss some useful information or get the wrong information which might hurt them in the long run.

To solve this problem, we made Internationary, a one stop website which students can use to easily get information about important things and adapt well to this new place and system and in turn succeed in their lives! We provide information about healthcare, finances, housing and transportation which are the 4 essential pillars of adapting in any new place. We provide information from trusted sources which will help students make important decisions on their own, using the information that we provide.
